One of the innovative things about the Hornet W85 unit is the hybrid, vane and centrifugal technology, which allows the system to self-prime and achieve a continuous duty cycle, which is supported by the flow of the fluid cooling the internal parts. This pump is truly a mechanical marvel!

Part 2 of our rig upgrade series is here! The upgraded components included, new delivery hose, new auto nozzle and bulk delivery nozzle (non-auto), new pump, and a few accessories. The rest was repositioning these items to where it would make sense to the end user from a practical perspective.
Tecalemit takes extra measures in making sure that your tank package arrives safely to you. These new Roth tank packages will arrive palletized and strapped down for safety but ready to work. Being on pallet, you will need a standard forklift or pallet jack to move your new unit around your warehouse. Once in place, you’re ready to enjoy your diesel mini bulk package!
Over the years, TECALEMIT has been part of some amazing projects. We don’t always talk about our projects, because some of them are very niche, but we wanted to share this exciting ultra-flow project we had a few years ago. Our customer approached us, asking us to create a system that would transfer process water at a rate of 250 GPMs; we began work on this project by first understanding the application.
When you receive your diesel Roth tank build, you always receive the best we have to offer. Among those products included in your turnkey system is the FMT 3 flow meter.
As you know, we customize all of our builds to suit your need. But did you know we also offer short boxes?
The Hornet W85 Continuous Duty Diesel transfer pump is the world’s first self-priming, hybrid pump that boasts technology and performance. Its incredible 13 ft. suction lift and amazing continuous duty cycle makes this pump a perfect fit for small, medium, and large tank configurations. The kit is now in its second generation, bringing more reliability and a more robust mounting system, making it perfect for even our Roth tank builds!
While every belly box build is customized to suit your needs, we do offer a standard size for anyone who isn’t sure what they need. For an underbody box, the size is generally 102″ L x 36″ D x 30″ H. This fits well on most large trucks.
On this wonderful Monday morning, let’s all remember that in order to move forward, sometimes we need to move sideways before we get the right traction! As most of us have experienced, success is not a linear progression; sometimes we take steps forward and sometimes we have to go back for a bit. But don’t let that discourage you!
Did you know that our economy tanks can be outfitted for fuel management?
