You may have heard it before – the Wonderbox and Superbox need their own dedicated circuits to work properly. But why?

When the Wonderbox or Superbox are not on their own circuits, they will compete with other things on the circuit for power. This can cause your system to act screwy – keypads that don’t work properly, non-responsive screens, unreliable data captures, and a whole range of other issues that might make you think you have a defective box. If you’re having issues, be sure to check that your box is on it’s own circuit!
