Winter Preparations
Winter is closing in on us and it’s time to make sure you’re protecting your investment! It’s important to know where your heater is on your Northern DEF tank.
In case you’re not sure, when you open your cabinet, if you look between the cabinet and the tank wall, you will find your heater tucked inside. Each heater is preinstalled and wired into your cabinet, ready to work upon receipt. It has a built-in thermostat, which is set to 30°F (-1.11°C) when it leaves our warehouse. If you prefer a different temperature, it is easy to set the thermostat to another temperature by simply using a small flathead or similar to turn the red dial.
All of our heaters are strategically placed to give your cabinet maximum circulation, protecting your hoses, nozzles, sensitive electronics, and your load line.
